We’re excited to welcome you into the clinic, and this guide has been created to help you navigate access to our space with confidence. Whether you’re visiting us for the first time or are already familiar with the clinic, this page outlines everything you need to know about entering the building and understanding current access arrangements. As the building is in the final stages of a broader upgrade, there are some temporary changes in place, and this guide will walk you through what to expect.
What’s changed (for existing clients)
If you have been to the clinic before you will notice that, as part of the ongoing building upgrades, the foyer and entry to the building have been significantly reconfigured:
- The staircase has been repositioned, and the door into the clinic is now positioned in a slightly different orientation; and
- A new accessible entry option has been introduced—designed to make access smoother for those with mobility needs.
Note: For the foreseeable future, after-hours appointments must still use the main (existing) entry, as the new accessible entrance will not yet be operational outside business hours.
We hope these changes will improve your arrival experience, while also ensuring safety and accessibility.
Ongoing works
When you arrive at the clinic, you may notice some unfinished or residual works in and around the entry foyer, including trades (such as painters or cleaners) working. These works have been coordinated with the building to ensure they will not disrupt your session.
Note: Any ongoing works will be quiet and will not disturb your session(s)—this is part of our agreement with the building. If, for whatever reason, you find your session disrupted by noise, please notify your practitioner. We have dedicated resources managing this process—and will resolve any issues swiftly.
Thank you for your understanding while these final touches are completed.
Toilets
Important: The public toilets in our building are currently undergoing refurbishment. As such, we are unable to provide toilet access to clients within the building at this time.
If you anticipate needing toilet facilities while you are at the clinic, please:
- Speak with the concierge team on arrival;
- They will advise you of the nearest available toilets you may use externally; and
- We will endeavour to assist you in any way we can to reduce any inconvenience
We apologise for this inconvenience and appreciate your flexibility during the refurbishment.
Accessibility and after-hours access
We are actively working on improving accessibility across the building:
- An elevator is still in the process of being installed; and
- We are also working through protocols to allow after-hours access via the new accessible entry.
Note: At present, we expect all of these works (including elevator installation and after-hours entry provision) to be completed by late 2025 or early 2026.
Until then, please plan to use the main entry for any evening or weekend appointments. There is a sign on this door with a phone number to gain entry to the clinic after hours.
