Our Surry Hills clinic is designed to provide a comfortable, welcoming and private environment for therapy.
Privacy is built into the clinic environment. Practice rooms use features such as frosted or fluted glass as well as drapery to protect visual privacy. The clinic also uses acoustic treatments and sound masking to protect privacy between practice rooms and shared areas.
The clinic is air-conditioned, including individual practice rooms and shared waiting and concierge areas. Practice rooms do not have openable windows.
We use lightly-scented diffusers throughout parts of the clinic, including practice rooms and shared areas. We understand that fragrances can affect some people, including people with asthma, migraine, fragrance or chemical sensitivities, allergies, or sensory sensitivities.
If fragrance or another aspect of the clinic environment may affect you, please contact our client services team before your appointment. Where reasonably possible, we can make adjustments such as removing a diffuser from your practice room ahead of your appointment or considering an alternative room or arrangement.
Note: Because fragrance is ordinarily used throughout the clinic, we cannot guarantee a completely fragrance-free environment or that all residual fragrance can be removed.
If the clinic environment presents a barrier to attending in person, you can also discuss with your practitioner whether Telehealth may be a suitable alternative.
